Return Policy

Each piece is made to order with care, which means we don’t offer returns—but we do accept exchanges within 14 days of your purchase.

If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to help as long as:

• The item is unworn and in its original packaging

• You have your receipt or proof of purchase

To start the exchange process, just email us at shop@fisherwomanjewelry.com.

Please note: A $12 shipping and restocking fee applies to all exchanges.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

When we receive your item, we’ll issue a store credit (including tax) for the item’s purchase price. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
